1. Definitions
The following terms: The term "Products" refers to products marketed by Bloombox. The term "BLOOMBOX" refers to the company under the name "BIZDREMIS MIHALIS", based in Thessaloniki, Eleftheriou Venizelou 61, Sykies 56625.
2. Basic terms
These general terms: a) govern your orders and purchases from BLOOMBOX, no matter how they are made; and b) may be modified by BLOOMBOX at any time by notice to you or by announcement on BLOOMBOX pages on the website .
3. Orders
3.1. You can make orders for PRODUCTS in the following ways: These are already listed on the website
3.2. All orders are subject to limitation of inventory availability. BLOOMBOX will update as soon as possible for lack of availability.
4. Delivery and receipt
4.1 BLOOMBOX makes every effort to provide the Products to the address, which you mention in your order, within one working day at addresses within Thessaloniki and within 3 working days at addresses in the rest of the Greek Territory. You will be informed in good time if, for a specific reason or by force majeure, it is not possible to meet the above-mentioned deadlines.
4.2 If you wish to proceed with the provision of Products in a manner other than that provided by BLOOMBOX, you should consult with BLOOMBOX and, if approved, undertake any relevant costs.
4.3 The ownership of the Products and the risk pertaining to them is transferred to you from the moment they are delivered to land.
5. Product returns
5.1 You have the right to return any merchandise that does not satisfy you within 15 days of receipt of the goods.
5.2 BLOOMBOX only accepts returns of unused goods in their original condition and packaging, which will be accompanied by the relevant documents. In this case, BLOOMBOX will refund the money paid for the returned products within 15 days of receipt. Shipping costs for the refund of money and merchandise will be charged to you.
5.3 You should confirm the quantity and condition of the goods at delivery and if any goods are defective, you should inform BLOOMBOX within 10 days of receipt. If the product you purchased is in fact defective, BLOOMBOX can repair it or substitute it or return your money in accordance with your legal rights. If you do not notify within the above 10-day deadline, it is assumed that you have accepted the order.
5.4 When returns are completed in an appropriate manner, BLOOMBOX will replace the returned goods if they prove defective or refund the money paid within 10 days after the receipt of the returned goods.
6. Product Prices and Payment Methods
6.1 BLOOMBOX may change the price of Products by notifying consumers in the most convenient way.
6.2 You will pay the current Product Price, which is valid at the time of the order.
6.3 Prices include VAT.
6.4 Payment by postdated checks is by no means accepted.
6.5 After you add the products to your cart and wish to pay by credit card, you complete the order and immediately re-routed to Alpha Bank's secure environment where you will fill in your personal details and the card details where you will be asked. You can complete your purchases electronically from our online store choosing among all the modern ways of payment:
1. Card payment, where all debit, credit and prepaid cards (American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Diners Club) are accepted.
If you have a VISA or MasterCard credit card, you can pay your order securely through the secure server of ALPHA Bank with the maximum 128-bit encryption available today.2. Pay with a wallet, with the acceptance of the new Masterpass pioneering payment service.

Banking costs are borne by the client. In case of a deposit by the same bank with the above bank account, the expenses are zero. Fill in your order number or your name with the reason for the deposit.Please pay attention!
During your deposit, whether from a bank or electronic money order, you should choose to charge the expense of both banks to you and the sender and the recipient. Bank deposit costs are borne entirely by the client. Orders that will only bear the expense of the sender's bank will not be accepted until the deposit amount of the expense is supplemented.
5. Pay on delivery (eligible payment method only for Greece)
Your order will be sent with ACS Courier. There is a cost of 3€ (including VAT rate) for each delivery and an additional 2€ in case of payment on delivery. There is a cost of 15€ for each delivery in Bulgaria without the option to pay on delivery.
6. Payment at the physical store
You may visit our physical store in order to proceed to payment either using cash or credit card.The company assumes no liability in the event of an error in the recording of the data by the customer, as well as the truth of what is reported. The only responsible person is the customer.
Also, the company is not responsible for any problems that may arise during the transaction.7. Liability
7.1 As far as the Products are concerned, BLOOMBOX is solely responsible for the terms of these terms of sale. To the extent permitted by law, any other liability is excluded.
8. Privacy Policy
BLOOMBOX does not transmit your personal data and fully respects and complies with the relevant Personal Data Protection Legislation.

All card payments are processed through Alpha Bank's Alpha e-Commerce payment platform and use TLS 1.1 encryption with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption protocol.
